Christmas Opening Times & Deliveries

Monsters celebrate Christmas too so we will be away for a few days but don't worry we aren't away for long!

Pre-Christmas Deliveries

Order by Wednesday 20th December for a guaranteed Christmas delivery (UK mainland only). We will be dispatching right up to 22nd December so there is a chance some orders after the 22nd will get delivered before the big day but we can't guarantee it. All orders placed after 10am on the 22nd December will dispatched on Wednesday 27th December.

Christmas & New Year Opening Times

Our head monster has been chatting to Santa and they have instructed the production line at Monster House to have a jolly holiday from Christmas Eve. Don't worry, this year we'll be open between Christmas and New Year (see below for dates and times!) Everything will be back to normal from 9am on Tuesday 2nd January. Post-Christmas Deliveries

Orders placed between 27th December and 1st January will be despatched on the next working day where possible. Our Monsters will contact you to arrange delivery. Please be advised we are reliant on multiple couriers over the Christmas period and will be working closely with them to ensure your parcel is delivered on time.
